The Cat Chalet at Wagsworth Hotel is committed to providing a positive experience every single time.  Your cat will enjoy themed a cozy and safe cottage, gourmet meals, top-notch grooming, plenty of playtime and ample of opportunities for meaningful CATversations.  It's no surprise our guests often want to extend their stay.

Accomodations

Whether your cat is spunky and sociable or more low-key and introverted, we've got a space that allows them to feel comfortable in their own fur.  With many years of boarding experience, we've taken EVERYTHING into consideration like specially designed, "Feline Flats".  These spacious, single-level living quarters accommodate the needs of geriatric cats or those who have difficulty climbing.

Multiple times throughout the day, all guests will enjoy a rotating social and exercise schedule.  And when it's time to kick their paws up and relax, the floor to ceiling window views will provide a sense of serenity.  Various sounds of water fountains, birds, ans soothing music allows our guests to experience a sense of calm we humans hope to achieve.  The Cat Chalet is more than a place to stay, its a lifestyle defined by luxury.

TERRAZZA

Guests in our Terrazza garden plaza will find their inner feline zen.  The waterfall and secret garden offer serene backdrops for cozying up and the spacious courtyard provides ample space for exercise.  The garden plaza also features our Feline Flats, luxurious single-level quarters perfect for guests who prefer not to climb a multi-level Chalet.

VILLAGGIO

As our largest village, guests will never run out of areas to explore or nooks for lounging.  Stunning mountain views will make your feline feel like he/she is on top of the world.  But wait, there's more!  From tropical birds to classical music, our accommodations incorporate a soundtrack of delightful audible sensations.  We really do think of everything.

ABRUZZO

Bird watching, mountain views and stargazing, oh my!  Giving a tummy rub a run for its money, out little Abruzzo village invites guests to cuddle up inside or outside their Chalet.  Our luxurious little sofa and climbing cat tree will leave your cat feeling on top of the world.  

LAZIO

With low occupancy rates around the clock window views, your feline will get the VIP (Very Important Purrson) treatment every time they stay in our Lazzio village.  A comfy, little stove instills a feeling comfort and relaxation.  Perfect for a cat nap or daydreaming about what part of the Chalet to explore next, these accommodations exceed expectations.

SICILY

This village lives up to its name.  Serving up the charm of Italy, guests will ooh, ahh, and meow at window views with ample bird watching opportunities and maritime pleasures.  While it may not be tempting these fish are for watching, not for eating.  The Chalets in this village are limited, inviting guests to enjoy a feeling of exclusivity and multiple daily rotations outside their abode.

Check In/Out Policy 

CHECK-IN 

Weekdays:  Check in is from 2-5PM.

Weekends:  By appointment only.

CHECK-OUT

Boarding check-out is 12PM; all pets leaving before 12PM do not pay for that day.  Check-outs after 12PM will result in another night's fee.

Weekends:  by 12PM

​

Excessive tardiness will result in late fees.

Damages Policy 

We reserve the right to charge clients the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the client's pet to the hotel's property or structure.  Should this damage come to light after the pet has departed, we reserve the right to send an invoice for the amount to the registered address/email.  We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists  to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.

Cancellation Policy

We ask for 72-hour notice before check-in, otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% of your reservation will be charged.

No Call/No Show Policy 

If you do not show up for your reservation, you will be responsible for paying for all scheduled services.  This bill must be paid in order to receive any future services from Wagsworth Hotel and its affiliates.​

Boarding Schedule

6-7AM

RISE N SHINE! 

Wake up from a restful night's sleep in my private, climate controlled suite to some outdoor time to stretch my legs and potty.  Breakfast is served!  Afterwards, I rest in my suite to digest my food before playtime begins.

7-11AM

MORNING ROMP

My full day of play time begins complete with supervised socialization, fetching, barking, romping and maybe some lounging.

Breakout into play groups and, if scheduled, enrichment class(es).

11AM-12PM

SNACK & NAPS

I'm pooped.  It's time for a nap and maybe some lunch or a snack in my private suite.

12-4PM

AFTERNOON ROMP

Breakout into play groups and, if scheduled, enrichment class(es)

4-5PM

DINNER

Time for dinner!  By the end of the day, I'm tired.  It's time to digest and relax.  After digesting, I get some more outside time to stretch my legs and potty before being tucked in for the night.

9PM-6AM

SWEET DREAMS

Lights out!  Time to rest after a day of fun.  By morning, I'll be ready for more!
